CAREER SUMMARY

Terry Johnson is President and Owner of Johnson Properties, Inc. Prior to forming Johnson Properties, Terry served as Vice President of the Kenneth Johnson Agency for 11 years.

Since forming JPI in 1996, his firm has completed commercial real estate transactions in excess of $132 Million and included such projects as The Fountains at Fairview, The Shoppes at Green Mount, Wolf Creek Office Park, The Shoppes at St. Clair and numerous land transactions for large residential and multi-family development projects.

Terry has coordinated “Build to Suit” projects for several clients including Woolpert LLP, GE Automation, EWR and Associates, St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, and Anderson Hospital. He has been named by the St. Louis Business Journal as a "Heavy Hitter" in commercial Real Estate. Terry is a 3 time recipient of the Largest Commercial Sale award from the Realtors Association of Southwest Illinois.
