CAREER SUMMARY

  D. Suzanne Butler joined Johnson Properties in July of 2007 as Vice President of Development after 23 years with Balke Brown Associates. In her 20-plus years in commercial real estate she has garnered experience in commercial leasing and sales, property management and real estate development.

  For several years Ms. Butler headed up the Illinois operations for BBA and was responsible for an office portfolio of over 500,000 square feet. More recently her focus was in the development role, including such high-profile projects as the 200-Unit "Highlands Lofts" and a 126-room Hampton Inn & Suites, both in St Louis; the 240-unit Green Mount Lakes Apartments in O'Fallon, IL: and the Sanford Brown College facility in Collinsville. She also served as the Owner's Representative in the development of the Hortica (f/m/a Florist Mutual Insurance), headquarters and office campus in Edwardsville
