For a nominal fee of $250.00, we can provide you with a five-page printout, which calculates your cash flow projections, cash on cash return, internal rate of return, and more.

· The report can be used to determine your offer and ceiling price during your negotiations and can even be forwarded to your banker to seek financing.

The fee is waived if we are involved in the transaction as your broker.
