Johnson Properties, Inc. has coordinated “Build to Suit” projects for several clients including Woolpert LLP, GE Automation, EWR and Associates, St. Elizabeth’s and Anderson Hospitals.

We start with selecting an architect to design a working floor plan, and to estimate the building size and site selection requirements. We finish with a final floor plan that meets your approval and a site that you helped select.

You and your staff can be as involved as you want and working within your budget every step of the way can afford you a building that is a perfect fit.
